The Wax Suite has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Our booking system will send a notifications prior to the appointment.
Canceling within 24 hours or being 7 minutes late / no showing will result in a 50% charge of your total service & that will be charged to the card on file. The Wax Suite late policy is 7 minutes.
A wax pass and product sales are final.
